The pressure sensor contain new elements of the PMSP series, produced in their own clean room. The PMSP Pressure transmitters are fully temperature compensated and calibrated. DIL ceramic package of PMSP series offers a particularly easy solution of pressure measurement. Silicon Microstructures use a unique silicon sensor chip structure to optimize the lowpressure performance. |
