The pressure sensor contain new elements of the PMSP series, produced in their own clean room. The PMSPA offers an analog output signal. The Pressure transmitters contain only a few active components, such as the sensor element and a signal processing ASIC. Calibration is done electronically, so that the pressure transmitter a relatively small errors, and high long-term stability. The ASIC is a programmable precision CMOS ASIC with EEPROM data storage and analog signal path. |
